This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, enjoys being out in the field, and can balance efficiency with genuine connection. About the Role As a Relationship Development Coordinator, you'll play a key role in expanding and nurturing relationships with general dental offices and referral partners. You'll support outreach efforts across multiple practices while also assisting with events that deepen engagement and strengthen long-term partnerships. This is a part-time, field-based role with flexible scheduling and high growth potential for the right person. Key Responsibilities Visit multiple dental offices daily to support relationship-building efforts Establish rapport with front office teams, assistants, and doctors Assist in maintaining and strengthening existing referral relationships Deliver marketing materials and communicate key updates or events Support follow-ups and track interactions to ensure continuity Represent the practice professionally and consistently in all interactions
Events & Engagement:
Assist with planning and execution of study clubs, lunch & learns, and referral events Attend events to help facilitate conversations, introductions, and overall experience Engage with attendees to build relationships in a more social, informal setting Support event logistics including setup, coordination, and follow-up communication Help identify opportunities to increase attendance and partner engagement What Success Looks Like Building trust quickly with office staff and providers Creating memorable, positive interactions—even in brief visits Balancing high-volume outreach with meaningful conversations Becoming a familiar, welcomed presence in partner offices Contributing to well-attended, high-impact events that strengthen relationships Supporting increased referral flow through strong relationships Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Naturally outgoing, confident, and personable Ability to connect authentically with a wide range of personalities Highly organized and efficient with time management Comfortable working independently in a field-based role Willingness to attend occasional early morning or evening events/occasional weekends Reliable transportation required Preferred (but not required) Experience in dental, medical, or healthcare environments Background in sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles Experience supporting or coordinating events Familiarity with dental terminology or workflows Experience with HubSpot or other
