True Way Martial Arts is looking for an energetic, organized, outgoing, and highly people-oriented Program Director to help lead the business and member experience side of our growing martial arts academy in Clearwater/Safety Harbor. This is NOT just a front desk position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with families, helping children grow in confidence and discipline, building relationships in the community, and contributing to a positive and purpose-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is:
highly organized and dependable warm, outgoing, and confident with people comfortable communicating with parents and families able to multitask and take initiative excited about helping grow a local business comfortable learning enrollment and sales conversations positive, professional, and growth-minded This role combines: member experience community outreach enrollment support event coordination operations support parent communication front desk leadership lead follow-up marketing and growth assistance This is a part-time leadership opportunity with long-term growth potential and performance-based bonuses and commissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Greeting students and families Lead follow-up via phone, text, and email Scheduling intro lessons and appointments Assisting with enrollments and upgrades Supporting student retention and parent communication Helping coordinate camps, events, and birthday parties Community outreach and networking Assisting with social media and marketing efforts Maintaining organization and professionalism at the academy Supporting a positive and welcoming culture
SCHEDULE
Approx. 29-32+ hours/week
Core Schedule Includes:

12 PM•8
PM Tuesday:
3 PM•8
PM Wednesday:
1 PM•8
PM Thursday:
3 PM•8
PM Saturday:

Pay:
