Community Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist Duda Restoration | In Person | Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Job Overview At Duda Restoration , we're looking for confident, motivated people who know how to connect with homeowners and create opportunities through genuine community engagement. This is a community outreach and lead generation role focused on connecting with homeowners who may need property inspections or restoration services. You'll generate leads through face-to-face conversations, community events, retail locations, local partnerships, neighborhood outreach, and promotional activities. If you've worked in solar, roofing, restoration, home improvement, canvassing, or face-to-face sales, this is where you can excel. No sales experience? We train! Sales experience? You already know! You'll receive training while developing valuable skills in communication, lead generation, relationship building, and customer acquisition, with base pay and the opportunity for uncapped commission. What You'll Do Engage directly with homeowners through neighborhood and community outreach. Attend local events, expos, retail promotions, and community activities. Generate and qualify homeowner leads for Duda Restoration. Schedule property inspections with qualified homeowners. Identify homeowners who may have experienced water, mold, storm, roof, or other property damage. Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of homeowner opportunities. Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, property professionals, and community partners. Follow up with prospective customers and coordinate inspection scheduling. Track leads, appointments, follow-ups, and outreach activity. Collect information from homeowner interactions to help improve marketing and outreach strategies. Represent Duda Restoration professionally and positively throughout the community. Collaborate with our internal team to ensure qualified leads receive timely follow-up.
