Outreach Coordinator (1099 Independent Contractor)

TCM Solutions Center, LLC Position Summary The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, schools, hospitals, social service agencies, and referral sources to increase awareness of TCM Solutions Center's mental health services. The Outreach Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the organization and the community, promoting behavioral health services and generating qualified referrals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, psychiatrists, hospitals, clinics, schools, and community agencies. Promote TCM Solutions Center's mental health services throughout Florida. Attend community events, health fairs, networking meetings, and professional conferences. Conduct presentations regarding available behavioral health services. Distribute marketing materials and educational resources. Identify new business development opportunities and strategic partnerships. Maintain regular communication with referral sources and community partners. Track outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes. Assist with social media and community engagement initiatives. Collaborate with management to implement marketing and outreach strategies. Submit weekly activity and referral reports. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements. Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, business development, community relations, or behavioral health preferred. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor. Knowledge of behavioral health, mental health, or social services preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Compensation Independent Contractor (1099) Additional performance incentives may be available.
