Job Description

Job Overview As an Americorps Member, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Macon-Bibb area . This position offers a unique chance to engage in various projects aimed at addressing critical community needs at a community organization in Macon-Bibb. Duties
  • Support and Engage in community examples: Initiatives, Outreach, Patient Benefits/Resource Navigation, Food Pantry Distribution, Data Collection
  • Participate in community service projects focused on areas such as education, public health, and more
  • Collaborate with local organizations to develop and implement service initiatives
  • Engage in volunteer activities to support underserved populations
  • Contribute to building sustainable solutions for community challenges
Skills Required:
  • High School Diploma
  • Age 18 and up
  • U.S Citizen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to diverse project requirements
  • Commitment to community service and making a positive impact
Nice-to-have:
  • Previous volunteer or service experience
