45 Innovation Dr., Suite 225, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 Position Summary The Marketing Representative will play a key role in expanding Padron Law's presence within the community by building strategic relationships, representing the firm at community events, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping generate new business opportunities. This individual will also provide an exceptional experience for prospective and existing clients by managing the client intake process and maintaining strong client relationships. This position will work directly with the Business Development & Marketing Director and serve as an extension of the firm's marketing and business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and referral partners. Identify and pursue new networking and partnership opportunities within the community. Visit offices, businesses, and community organizations to introduce Padron Law's services and strengthen professional relationships. Represent Padron Law at networking events, community events, sponsorships, and outreach activities. Assist with planning, organizing, setting up, and following up on marketing and community events. Manage the complete client intake process, from the initial phone call through signed representation. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the intake process. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships with previous clients. Invite former clients to firm-sponsored events and maintain ongoing engagement. Request Google Reviews from satisfied clients. Share approved marketing content within community Facebook groups. Track networking activities, referrals, and outreach efforts. Support additional marketing and business development initiatives as assigned. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is: Bilingual (English and Spanish). Outgoing, personable, and confident meeting new people. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Self-motivated and proactive. Professional in appearance and conduct. Customer service oriented. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the firm's continued success. Holds a valid driver's license. Available to occasionally attend evening or weekend community events. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured by: Building and maintaining meaningful community relationships. Developing new referral and networking opportunities. Quality and consistency of client intake and customer service. Effective follow-up with prospective and former clients. Number and quality of community outreach activities. Support and execution of marketing initiatives and events. Growth in referral relationships and new business opportunities. Overall contribution to Padron Law's continued growth. Purpose of the Position The Marketing Representative is responsible for strengthening Padron Law's visibility and reputation within the community while supporting the firm's long-term growth strategy. Through relationship building, community engagement, outstanding client service, and collaboration with the Business Development & Marketing Director, this position will help generate new opportunities and reinforce the firm's commitment to serving the community with excellence.
