Job Description
The Howard Center for Women's Health is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Healthcare Community Outreach Marketer to join our Health Fair Marketing Team. This is a community-based, results-driven position focused on building relationships with local businesses and employers, hosting health fairs, educating women about our services, and generating new patient appointments. The ideal candidate is professional, confident approaching new people, highly organized, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with local businesses, employers, factories, and community organizations. Coordinate and host health fairs Monday through Friday, with a goal of 20+ participants per event. Engage participants and educate them about The Howard Center's women's healthcare services. Encourage and assist interested participants with scheduling new patient appointments. Meet established monthly outreach and appointment goals. Identify and secure new health fair opportunities throughout the assigned territory. Complete required follow-up, data entry, and documentation after each event. Maintain organized health fair supplies and a clean, professional company vehicle. Represent The Howard Center in a positive, polished, and professional manner. Qualifications Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching businesses, making cold introductions, and developing new relationships. Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and goal-oriented. Able to work independently and meet measurable performance expectations. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable with daily local travel throughout the assigned community. Healthcare, marketing, sales, or community outreach experience is preferred but not required.
