About Us Synergy HomeCare of Northeast Chicago is a growing home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are seeking motivated and relationship-driven marketers to help expand our private pay client base throughout the Chicagoland area. Position Summary We are looking for energetic and professional Part-Time Community Marketers who can build relationships within the community and generate qualified private pay home care referrals. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in healthcare marketing, senior services, assisted living, home health, hospice, social work, or community outreach. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with: Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) Independent Living Communities Senior Centers Rehabilitation Facilities Hospitals and Discharge Planners Physicians and Medical Practices Social Workers and Case Managers Community Organizations and Religious Institutions Conduct in-person marketing visits and presentations. Attend networking events, health fairs, and community events. Generate qualified private pay client referrals. Track outreach activities and referral sources. Collaborate with agency leadership on growth strategies. Represent Synergy HomeCare professionally within the community. Qualifications Previous healthcare, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or medical marketing experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Reliable transportation for local travel. Existing referral relationships are a plus. Compensation Competitive commission structure.
