Job Description

Montgomery County Outreach Coordinator Change lives, strengthen your community, and build a career you can feel proud of. CEFS Economic Opportunity Corporation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Montgomery County Outreach Coordinator to join our team and help connect individuals and families with essential resources that promote stability and independence. This is a full-time position located in Taylor Springs. What You'll Do Oversee the local CEFS outreach office in Montgomery County and coordinate programs that support community members in need. Connect clients with homeless and housing assistance, emergency food and shelter programs, budget and housing counseling, tax filing assistance, utility assistance, and senior health insurance counseling. Collaborate with county agencies and community partners to link CEFS programs with existing services and ensure clients receive comprehensive support. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and comfortable building relationships with clients, community leaders, and partner agencies. Associate degree required. Strong communication skills and the ability to genuinely relate to diverse populations. Comfortable working with community leaders, partner organizations, and agencies to strengthen local service connections.
