Our company is hiring a Public Outreach Representative for a full-time, in-person position that involves direct interaction with members of the public. Our Public Outreach Representatives represent organizations in the community by educating the public about humanitarian relief, disability inclusion, and anti-bullying initiatives, creating meaningful conversations around these causes, and encouraging individuals to become more informed and involved.

Public Outreach Representative Responsibilities Will Include:

Connect with the public about humanitarian organizations at community events and outreach locations Talk with members of the public through face-to-face conversations Educate individuals about organizational missions, programs, and initiatives Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information Promote awareness and encourage support for active initiatives Stay knowledgeable about the organizations and causes being represented Maintain a professional presence while representing CB Indy Inc. and its nonprofit partners

Public Outreach Representative Experience & Skills:

Experience in a public-facing sales role, customer service, hospitality, events and promotions, or communication based role is a plus Confidence engaging with the public Professionalism The ability to learn information about our humanitarian relief organizations and communicate it accurately A proactive and goal-oriented approach The ability to contribute effectively within a team environment

Public Outreach Representative Overview:

This position is a full-time employment position located in Indianapolis, IN. This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person, customer service-focused role with customers.
