POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for increasing TITLE Boxing Club's visibility in the local community and turning that visibility into measurable leads, trials, memberships and revenue. This is a highly active, outward-facing position. Approximately one-third of the role is spent outside the club developing relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations and community partners. The remainder is spent inside the club—primarily during high-traffic afternoon and evening hours—following up with leads, welcoming prospects, conducting tours and closing sales. Community Outreach & Lead Generation — 30% Proactively identify and visit businesses, schools, youth sports organizations, PTOs, healthcare/wellness providers, apartment communities and other organizations within the club's target area. Responsibilities include developing referral relationships, employee wellness offers, free-class opportunities, cross-promotions and community partnerships; distributing trial offers strategically; identifying community events worth attending; coordinating TITLE participation; and creating opportunities for TITLE coaches to deliver demonstrations, workouts or talks. Every outreach effort should have a clear way to capture leads and attribute them to the activity. Sales & Lead Conversion — 45% Owns active lead follow-up during her scheduled sales hours. This includes responding quickly to new inquiries, calling and texting leads through ClubReady/CR Connect, booking first classes, confirming appointments, following up with no-shows, greeting first-time guests, conducting tours, explaining memberships and packages, asking for the sale, following up with prospects who don't purchase immediately, and re-engaging older leads. Know at all times who is coming in for a first visit that day and what follow-up is needed. Partnerships & Events — 15% Develop and maintain a pipeline of community partners rather than treating outreach as one-time visits. Responsible for maintaining relationships, scheduling recurring promotions, coordinating community events/open houses and tracking which partnerships actually produce leads and sales. Planning & Reporting — 10% Maintain outreach pipeline and weekly KPI scorecard, enter appropriate lead sources in ClubReady, plans the following week's outreach, and provides a brief weekly report showing activity, leads, trials, sales and revenue generated.
