We provide compassionate, personalized care including companionship, personal care, respite care, dementia care, live-in care, and 24/7 home care throughout Massachusetts. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Community Outreach & Healthcare Liaison to help expand our referral network and strengthen our presence within the healthcare community. Position Summary This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, networking, and representing an organization with integrity and compassion. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians' offices, elder service agencies, social workers, case managers, and community organizations to generate qualified referrals for Golden Hands Healthcare. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources. Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and community organizations. Introduce Golden Hands Healthcare's services to healthcare professionals. Deliver marketing materials and referral packets. Schedule and conduct presentations and educational meetings. Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities. Follow up regularly with referral partners. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral contacts. Collaborate with agency leadership to develop outreach strategies. Represent Golden Hands Healthcare with professionalism and compassion. Qualifications Healthcare marketing, community outreach, sales, or business development experience preferred. Experience in home care, home health, assisted living, rehabilitation, hospice, or healthcare is highly preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service area. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Comfortable working independently. Competitive hourly pay ($24-$29/hour based on experience) Performance bonuses $100 for every completed in-home assessment they generate. $300 when a new client starts services and remains active for 30 days . Quarterly bonus if they exceed referral and client acquisition goals.
