Job Description
About BNJ Health Services BNJ Health Services is a CARF-accredited behavioral health organization providing Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient (OP), residential treatment, and DUI/DWI services throughout Maryland. We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Outreach Specialist to help expand community partnerships and increase referrals to our programs. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, detox facilities, residential treatment centers, emergency departments, behavioral health providers, correctional facilities, probation offices, homeless shelters, and community organizations. Conduct outreach visits throughout the Baltimore area. Educate referral sources on BNJ Health Services' treatment programs. Represent BNJ at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings. Assist with marketing initiatives and referral development. Maintain outreach logs and referral tracking. Work closely with leadership to increase admissions and strengthen community partnerships. Qualifications Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, healthcare marketing, or community outreach preferred. Excellent communication and networking skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Reliable transportation required. Knowledge of addiction treatment services is preferred.
