Duties Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support event operations and community outreach programs Develop and implement volunteer engagement programs to foster a vibrant volunteer community Coordinate entertainment activities, including scheduling performers, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of entertainment segments Manage relationships with performers, vendors, and community partners to enhance event offerings Utilize database management systems such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge to track volunteer data, event participation, and community engagement metrics Oversee social media platforms and digital communications to promote volunteer opportunities and upcoming events Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from volunteers, participants, and community members in a professional manner Experience Proven experience in volunteer coordination or management within diverse communities Strong background in event planning or entertainment programming with demonstrated leadership skills Familiarity with database management tools such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge is highly desirable Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging content and reports Experience in public speaking, team management, and supervising volunteers or staff members Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with culturally diverse communities effectively Join us in creating impactful community experiences!
