As the Enrollment & Community Outreach Representative, you will… Support client enrollment campaigns through direct community outreach. Meet with businesses, community organizations, and prospective participants. Guide individuals through the enrollment process while supporting professional sales conversations. Represent client partners by explaining programs, services, and current initiatives. Build strong relationships through clear communication and active listening. Track outreach activity and enrollment results accurately. Stay current on client programs, promotions, and professional sales initiatives. Continue developing communication, relationship-building, and professional sales skills as an Enrollment & Community Outreach Representative. Skills & Qualifications Needed to Succeed Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, business development, or community engagement is helpful but not required. Comfortable building relationships through face-to-face conversations. Able to adapt your communication style to different audiences. Self-motivated and dependable in community, event, and business settings. Strong communication and active listening skills. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work throughout the Overland Park area.
