- Identify and plan activities that align with supported individuals' interests and goals
- Encourage and ensure accessible participation for individuals with varying levels of need
- Transport individuals to activities and remain actively engaged throughout activities
- Document community integration activities for state reporting and marketing
- Protect the rights and safety of supported individuals
