Program Outreach Specialist St. Louis, MO | Part-Time (Up to 30 Hours/Week) | Up to $15/Hour + Mileage Reimbursement Make a Difference Where It Matters Most Looking for a meaningful part-time job that gets you out in the community, working with youth, and helping shape the next generation of leaders? Greater St. Louis Area Scouting is seeking energetic, reliable, and community-minded individuals to bring engaging programs to youth across St. Louis and surrounding underserved communities. This is more than a job. It is an opportunity to create experiences that build confidence, character, leadership, and lifelong memories. What You'll Do Lead fun, hands-on activities and programs for youth. Organize field trips, outdoor adventures, community events, and special experiences. Help recruit and engage youth members and adult volunteers. Support fundraising and membership outreach events. Build positive relationships with families, schools, community partners, and volunteers. Track participation, achievements, and program outcomes. Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every youth can thrive. What We're Looking For Passion for working with youth and making a community impact. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience in youth programs, education, recreation, nonprofit work, or community outreach is a plus, but not required. Requirements Willing to support and uphold the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Successful completion of criminal, reference, and motor vehicle background checks. Why Join Us?
