About Best Life Mental Health & Wellness Best Life Mental Health & Wellness is a growing integrative psychiatry and psychological evaluation practice serving children, adolescents, and adults in the Lake Norman community. We specialize in comprehensive psychological evaluations, integrative psychiatry, and personalized mental health care. Our mission is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care while building strong collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, schools, and community partners. Position Summary The Physician Liaison / Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships with healthcare providers, therapists, schools, and other community organizations. This role focuses on increasing awareness of our services and supporting sustainable practice growth through professional relationship development. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and passionate about improving access to mental health care. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with pediatricians, therapists, psychologists, and medical providers Conduct in-person visits to medical offices, therapy practices, and community organizations Educate providers and referral sources about our psychological evaluation and psychiatry services Identify and build relationships with new referral sources Coordinate outreach efforts to schools, therapy practices, and healthcare providers Track outreach activities and referral relationships Represent Best Life Mental Health & Wellness professionally in the community Assist with planning community events and professional networking opportunities Qualifications Preferred qualifications: Experience in healthcare outreach, medical sales, or provider relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor Ability to build relationships and establish trust Organized and self-motivated Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Experience working in healthcare, mental health, or medical office settings preferred but not required Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Performance-based incentives tied to referral growth Flexible schedule Opportunity to contribute to a growing mental health practice Meaningful role supporting access to mental health care in the community Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who: Is outgoing and comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals Is self-directed and motivated Enjoys building professional relationships Is passionate about mental health and helping others access care Wants to be part of a growing, mission-driven practice To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief description of your interest in this role.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have experience building relationships with healthcare providers, medical offices, or community organizations? Do you have experience in healthcare outreach, medical sales, or community engagement? Are you comfortable visiting medical offices and introducing services to providers and staff? Do you have reliable transportation and are you willing to travel locally between Cornelius, Mooresville, and surrounding areas? Are you comfortable with performance-based incentives tied to referral growth?
