This person will connect with individuals, families, community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral partners in our local community and selected areas throughout North Carolina. The ideal candidate is passionate about behavioral health and wellness and committed to helping people access the services and resources they need. Primary Responsibilities Market and promote the practice's behavioral health and wellness programs and services. Recruit prospective consumers who may benefit from the services offered by the practice. Help develop and carry out marketing and outreach strategies designed to increase community awareness, recruit prospective consumers, strengthen referral relationships, and support the growth of the practice. Develop new community partnerships and strengthen existing relationships with organizations that support referrals, collaboration, and greater access to behavioral health and wellness services. Educate individuals, families, and community partners about our services, eligibility requirements, and referral process. Build positive relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, churches, social service agencies, nonprofits, and other referral sources. Attend selected community events, health fairs, meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities. Follow up with prospective consumers, community contacts, and referral partners in a timely and professional manner. Help connect interested consumers with the appropriate team member to begin the intake or referral process. Identify community needs, gaps in services, and barriers that may prevent individuals and families from receiving care. Share community feedback, potential partnership opportunities, and outreach results with the practice's leadership team. Maintain a simple record of marketing activities, outreach contacts, prospective consumers, referrals, events, and follow-up efforts. Distribute approved marketing and educational materials throughout the community. Represent the practice professionally while protecting confidentiality and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Qualifications Experience in community outreach, behavioral health, healthcare, human services, marketing, recruiting, or a related area is preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, networking, and organizational skills. Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Passionate about behavioral health, wellness, and improving access to services. Comfortable speaking with individuals, families, professionals, community leaders, and small and large groups. Able to communicate with compassion, cultural awareness, and respect. Strong follow-through and the ability to manage outreach activities within a limited part-time schedule. Basic computer, email, and recordkeeping skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for scheduled community outreach activities. Some evening or weekend availability may be needed for occasional community events. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means building meaningful community relationships, increasing awareness of the practice, recruiting prospective consumers, developing new referral connections, and helping individuals and families learn how to access the behavioral health and wellness services they need. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week. Outreach activities and priorities will be coordinated with the practice to ensure the workload remains manageable within the scheduled hours.

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
