Job Description

We are looking for someone who can help grow a mission-driven healthcare business by educating people, building trust, asking for decisions, following up relentlessly, and turning ideas into measurable results. You will absolutely serve patients and help the office run smoothly. But your highest value will be your ability to influence: to make complex ideas understandable, lead confident conversations, create excitement, overcome hesitation without pressure, and help more families take action on their health. If you want a predictable job where success means completing a checklist and waiting for the next instruction, this will not be the right fit. If you want ownership, coaching, and the chance to make a meaningful mark on a growing organization, keep reading. What you will own Explaining our approach to chiropractic care clearly, confidently, and in language different people can understand.
Enrollment conversations:
Help prospective patients understand recommendations, discuss concerns, make informed decisions, and take the next step.
Follow-up:
Reconnect with people who did not schedule, did not show, or were not ready—professionally, consistently, and without letting good opportunities disappear.
Practice growth:
Track leads, appointments, show rates, conversions, referrals, and event results; notice gaps and take action.
Community outreach:
Help create and execute screenings, health talks, teacher-appreciation events, vendor booths, referral initiatives, and partnerships.
Relationship building:
Make every patient and community partner feel known, welcomed, and important.
Operational excellence:
Learn scripts and systems, complete paperwork accurately, communicate early, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Improvement:
Bring ideas, test them, learn from the numbers, and help build better systems instead of only maintaining existing ones. How success will be measured You will know what winning looks like. Depending on your assigned seat and stage of training, your scorecard may include: New-patient appointments and show rate Care acceptance and completion of follow-up Internal referrals and guest invitations Qualified leads and appointments generated from events Community relationships and events created Accuracy, reliability, script mastery, and completion of commitments The growth of the people and systems around you—not only your individual output The person we are looking for You are energized by people and comfortable starting conversations with strangers. You can sell. To us, that means listening closely, educating honestly, asking direct questions, handling concerns, and helping someone make a decision—not manipulating or pressuring them. You are a strong verbal educator. You can take a concept, read the room, and explain it with clarity and conviction. You naturally look for opportunities, unfinished follow-up, and ways to improve results. You are competitive with yourself, comfortable with numbers, and do not become defensive when results are reviewed. You are coachable enough to learn a proven process and confident enough to eventually improve it. You keep your word, communicate before a problem becomes a crisis, and take responsibility without excuses. You can move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and stay warm and composed under pressure. You want a career home where you can grow in responsibility and impact—not a temporary stop while you decide what comes next. You may be a strong fit if your background includes Consultative sales, membership sales, recruiting, fundraising, business development, or account growth Teaching, coaching, public speaking, community outreach, or patient education Hospitality or service leadership in a high-volume environment Healthcare, fitness, wellness, or another field where trust and behavior change matter A specific degree and prior chiropractic experience are not required. Demonstrated ability, judgment, communication, and results matter more. The realities of this role This is an onsite, highly interactive role. Most of the day is spent communicating with people, not working quietly behind a screen. We use scripts, training, role-play, goals, and scoreboards. You will receive direct feedback and be expected to apply it. Our practice moves quickly. Details still matter when the office is busy. Some community events occur outside normal office hours, including occasional evenings or weekends. The expected schedule will be discussed clearly before hire. You will be expected to initiate, follow through, and produce results—not wait to be managed through every step. Why Awaken Chiropractic Awaken Chiropractic is a high-volume, family-focused Omaha practice built around education, service, personal responsibility, and helping people make better long-term health decisions. We are not trying to build an average office. We train hard, measure what matters, celebrate patient milestones, invest in our community, and expect every team member to help move the mission forward. For the right person, this is a chance to become a trusted voice in the practice, build lasting community relationships, influence the growth of the business, and develop into a larger leadership role as your results and capabilities grow.
How to apply:
Send an email to drgabriel@awakenomaha.com answering the following questions. Generic or AI-style answers that do not include real examples or that skip this step fully will not move forward. We care less about perfect wording than evidence of ownership, influence, and follow-through. 1. This is a full-time, onsite role in Omaha with 4-6 weekend days per month. Are you able to meet that requirement? 2. The posted compensation range is $20-25 plus bonuses. Does that align with what you would need to seriously consider a long-term move? 3. Tell us about one specific situation where you were personally responsible for increasing sales, participation, referrals, attendance, membership, or another measurable result. What was the starting point, what did you do, and what changed? 4. Teach us something useful in five sentences or fewer. Choose any topic. Assume the reader knows nothing about it. 5. Describe a time someone was interested but hesitant. How did you follow up, what did you say or do, and what was the outcome? 6. You notice that new-patient show rate has fallen for two weeks. What are the first three things you would investigate or change? 7. Why does a role combining education, sales, patient relationships, and business growth appeal to you? Please attach your resume and what days/times are best to reach out for a phone interview Thank you!
