Part-Time/Full-Time Pay:

$25.00-$26.50/hour About the Role We're looking for a motivated, organized, and community-minded individual to join our team as a Fundraising & Community Project Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about making a real impact, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on turning ideas into action. What You'll Do Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events and campaigns (in-person and online) Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners Support grant research, applications, and reporting as needed Coordinate logistics for community outreach programs and volunteer initiatives Track fundraising progress, donor communications, and campaign results Assist with social media and marketing efforts to promote events and initiatives Collaborate with staff, board members, and volunteers to bring projects to life Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and partner functions What We're Looking For Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable working with donors, community members, and volunteers Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience in fundraising, nonprofit work, event planning, or community outreach preferred Proficiency with basic office/donor software (Google Suite, CRM tools, social media platforms) a plus Passion for community impact and nonprofit work

$25.00-$26.50/hour
