This role is focused on connecting with pediatricians, physicians, medical practices, daycares, schools, therapists, and other professionals who support children with autism and their families. The Community Outreach Specialist will introduce our ABA services, establish meaningful professional relationships, schedule meetings, and maintain consistent follow-up to develop long-term community partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with local healthcare providers, pediatricians, medical offices, daycares, schools, therapists, and other organizations serving children and families. Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, in-person visits, networking, and community events. Schedule and attend meetings with potential community partners. Educate professionals about our ABA services and how we support children with autism and their families. Build genuine, long-term relationships with community professionals based on trust and collaboration. Maintain consistent follow-up with contacts and develop relationships over time. Identify opportunities for community partnerships, educational presentations, networking, and events that support the autism community. Represent our organization professionally and compassionately throughout the community. Maintain organized records of outreach activities, contacts, meetings, and follow-ups. Stay knowledgeable about our services and the resources available to children and families in the autism community. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and making a difference in the lives of children and families.

The ideal candidate will be:

Warm, approachable, confident, and professional. An excellent communicator who is comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals, educators, daycare providers, and other community leaders. Passionate about supporting children with autism and their families. Comfortable initiating conversations and developing relationships with new contacts. Persistent, organized, and excellent at following up. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable traveling locally to visit offices, daycares, schools, and community organizations. Experience in ABA, autism services, healthcare, community outreach, provider relations, sales, networking, or business development is a plus. About the Role This position is about more than simply making calls or scheduling meetings. It is about becoming a trusted representative within the community and creating meaningful connections between professionals, families, and quality ABA services. The right candidate will be someone who is passionate about building relationships, opening doors, and helping ensure that children with autism and their families are aware of the support and resources available to them.
