As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll connect directly with customers at local events and community outreach locations, helping increase brand awareness, support fundraising initiatives, and share the meaningful impact of our nonprofit partner's mission. This Community Outreach Representative opportunity is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in community outreach, customer service, or sales. Every Community Outreach Representative receives hands-on training in communication, event coordination, nonprofit outreach, and brand representation while developing valuable professional skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Representative Interact directly with customers during local events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising initiatives throughout the Albuquerque area. Represent our nonprofit partner's brand professionally while educating customers about its mission, programs, and community impact. Build positive relationships with customers by answering questions and encouraging community involvement through fundraising efforts. Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown while maintaining a welcoming and engaging event environment. Collaborate with fellow Community Outreach Representative team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals. Support outreach campaigns by promoting brand awareness and encouraging meaningful conversations with customers. Participate in ongoing Community Outreach Representative training focused on communication, leadership, nonprofit outreach, and brand engagement. Maintain accurate outreach activity while delivering an exceptional experience for customers at every event. Qualifications for the Community Outreach Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working directly with customers in face-to-face community settings. Positive attitude with an interest in community outreach, fundraising, customer service, or sales. Organized, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced event environments. Passion for representing a meaningful brand and making a positive impact within the local community. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, community outreach, or sales is helpful but not required. Full-time availability and the ability to work onsite throughout the Albuquerque area.
