Coordinator of Business Development The Arc Erie County New York | Williamsville, NY $60,000-$70,000/year | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Build Partnerships. Create Opportunities. Make an Impact. The Arc Erie County New York is seeking a motivated Coordinator of Business Development to grow community partnerships, expand business opportunities, and help create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities. What You'll Do Develop relationships with businesses, municipalities, schools, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and community partners Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities Expand janitorial, landscaping, group employment, and other workforce services Conduct outreach, presentations, meetings, and site visits with prospective partners Represent the agency at networking events, business associations, and community events Research new markets, contracts, RFPs, and partnership opportunities Track leads, proposals, partnerships, contracts, and results What We're Looking For Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Vocational Rehabilitation, Special Education, or a related field Relevant professional or management-level experience Marketing and/or sales experience preferred Strong communication, networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills Valid NYS Driver's License, approved driving record, and reliable vehicle More Than Business Development The relationships you build can directly lead to new employment opportunities and greater community inclusion for people with disabilities!
