Job Description
Assist in developing and executing patient outreach strategies to increase awareness and appointments Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, gyms, and schools Educate potential patients and partners about the center's integrated, whole-person care model Support referral network development with other healthcare providers Conduct market research to identify target demographics and growth opportunities Assist with social media, email campaigns, and promotional events Track outreach efforts and help analyze effectiveness of marketing strategies Provide general administrative support related to patient acquisition efforts Gain real-world experience in medical sales and healthcare marketing Understand patient acquisition strategies in a clinical setting Develop communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Learn how integrated care models are positioned and promoted in the market Build confidence in professional outreach and sales conversations Current student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Pre-Med, Biology, Public Health, or related field preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in healthcare, wellness, or medical sales Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn Comfortable engaging with community members and professionals Experience with social media or marketing tools Basic understanding of healthcare systems or patient care models Sales, customer service, or outreach experience Hands-on mentorship from healthcare and business professionals Real-world exposure to medical sales and practice growth strategies Networking opportunities within the healthcare community Letter of recommendation upon successful completion Potential for future employment opportunities We believe that fostering a workforce that reflects diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives strengthens our organization.
