Position Introduction:
Join the Southwest Prevention Center in a rewarding role focused on strengthening communities through prevention, outreach, and collaboration. Supporting the Strategic Prevention Framework-Rx Program, this position plays an important role in advancing public health initiatives designed to improve awareness, education, and community engagement across the region. Under the supervision of the Director of Community Based Prevention Services, the successful candidate will assist with coordinating prevention activities, monitoring program progress, supporting data collection and reporting efforts, and ensuring compliance with grant objectives. This role also partners closely with community organizations, coalitions, and tribal partners to provide training, technical assistance, and outreach support that promotes effective prevention strategies and community involvement. In addition, the position contributes to communication and public awareness efforts through educational materials, newsletters, social media, and stakeholder engagement activities. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree. 24 months of project management or related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution:
