Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Membership Experience Director to lead the development and execution of engaging member programs and events that enhance member satisfaction and retention. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of membership engagement, coordinate event marketing efforts, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional guest services. Your leadership will inspire teams, foster community connections, and elevate the overall membership experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative membership engagement strategies that promote active participation and loyalty. Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse calendar of events, including community outreach, social gatherings, workshops, and fundraising activities. Manage event budgets meticulously, ensuring cost-effective planning while delivering high-quality experiences. Utilize organizations software systems to track member interactions, preferences, and feedback for continuous improvement. Lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding guest services, hospitality, and guest relations every day. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns that increase event attendance and membership growth. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. Must have minimum two (2) years' supervisory experience. Must have ability to interact with people from all ethnic backgrounds, ages, and lifestyles. Must have working knowledge of computers and experience with a variety of software applications. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills. Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 required within 60 days of hire. Complete and maintain required trainings to include New Employee Orientation, Bloodborne Pathogens, Child Abuse Prevention, and Sexual Harassment. Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and Child Protective Services check. Bi-lingual preferred but not mandatory. Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Background in fundraising or community outreach initiatives is a plus. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
