Job Overview The Coordinator of Community Services is involved in all aspects of community activities of the organization. This individual, in conjunctions with the participants, is responsible for planning and overseeing the community activities such as community mapping, scheduling outings and ensuring safe, healthy community activities. It is essential that the individual work with the participants to determine interests, likes and aspirations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a Bachelor's Degree or above from an accredited college or university in Social Services or Special Education. OR Possess an Associate's Degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university in Special Education or Social Services; and 2 years of work experience in the field. OR Possess a high school diploma or a general education development certificate; and 4 years of work experience in social services which includes at least 2 years supervisory experience
