We currently offer classes and wellness programming throughout South Florida and are preparing to expand our instructor team, strengthen our Coral Springs community, and develop new programs in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Community Growth Coordinator who wants to help build something from the ground up. This is not a traditional office or administrative position. It is a hands-on growth role involving community outreach, relationship building, content creation, scheduling, instructor recruitment, and local business development. Position Overview The Community Growth Coordinator will help create new class opportunities, develop community partnerships, recruit future Posture Police instructors, and organize the systems needed for continued expansion. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, following up, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into real classes, events, and partnerships. This position begins at approximately 10 paid hours per week and includes direct training in the Posture Police method. There is potential for the role to grow into teaching, instructor coordination, event leadership, community management, or regional program development. Weekly ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach and Growth Approximately six hours per week will focus on: Researching potential community partners, instructors, venues, and organizations Contacting gyms, wellness businesses, residential communities, senior programs, therapists, community centers, and local organizations Sending approved outreach emails and messages Following up with interested contacts Scheduling meetings, calls, trial classes, events, and instructor observations Developing new opportunities in Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach Maintaining organized records of leads, contacts, conversations, and next steps Helping convert initial conversations into paid classes or recurring programs Following up with participants after classes and events Assisting with local community-building efforts Posture Police Training Approximately two paid hours per week will include direct training with the founder.
Training may include:
Learning the Posture Police philosophy and class structure Understanding exercises, terminology, and safety standards Learning how to explain Posture Police to participants and organizations Learning how to identify potential instructors Practicing outreach and partnership conversations Preparing to assist with or potentially teach future classes Reviewing weekly progress and priorities Content Creation Approximately two paid hours per week will focus on content that supports growth.
Responsibilities may include:
Filming and editing short-form videos Creating promotional content for classes and events Preparing teacher recruitment content Creating simple social media posts and graphics Taking photos or videos at approved classes and events Collecting participant testimonials Repurposing existing class footage Creating event listings and community announcements Content should help recruit instructors, fill classes, build trust, or develop local partnerships. Compensation Base Pay Starting rate of $17 per hour Approximately 10 approved hours per week Additional paid hours may be available for events, assigned class responsibilities, or expanded projects Commission The position includes commission opportunities for generating new Posture Police revenue.
