Community Growth Coordinator Posture Police - 5.0 Coral Springs, FL Job Details Part-time From $18.50 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Community management Sales Research Content marketing Content management Appointment scheduling Community events Full Job Description Posture Police® Coral Springs, FL Part-time | Approximately 10 hours per week Starting at $18.50 per hour plus commission About Posture Police Posture Police® is a therapeutic fitness and movement education system designed to help people improve posture, mobility, body awareness, and everyday movement. We currently offer classes and wellness programming throughout South Florida and are preparing to expand our instructor team, strengthen our Coral Springs community, and develop new programs in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Community Growth Coordinator who wants to help build something from the ground up. This is not a traditional office or administrative position. It is a hands-on growth role involving community outreach, relationship building, content creation, scheduling, instructor recruitment, and local business development. Position Overview The Community Growth Coordinator will help create new class opportunities, develop community partnerships, recruit future Posture Police instructors, and organize the systems needed for continued expansion. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, following up, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into real classes, events, and partnerships. This position begins at approximately 10 paid hours per week and includes direct training in the Posture Police method. There is potential for the role to grow into teaching, instructor coordination, event leadership, community management, or regional program development. Weekly ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach and Growth Approximately six hours per week will focus on: Researching potential community partners, instructors, venues, and organizations Contacting gyms, wellness businesses, residential communities, senior programs, therapists, community centers, and local organizations Sending approved outreach emails and messages Following up with interested contacts Scheduling meetings, calls, trial classes, events, and instructor observations Developing new opportunities in Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach Maintaining organized records of leads, contacts, conversations, and next steps Helping convert initial conversations into paid classes or recurring programs Following up with participants after classes and events Assisting with local community-building efforts Posture Police Training Approximately two paid hours per week will include direct training with the founder.
