Job Description
Overview The Global Villagers Community (GVC), a nonprofit located in Monterey, California, contracts with a Community Liaison to support member communications, event promotion, and community growth. Responsibilities Community Communications
- Upload and organize photos/videos after each event into a Google Photos album.
- Maintain and update the GVC mailing list(s) in MailerLite (tag appropriately).
- Compose, edit and send up to five emails per month using existing templates. Event Promotion
- Print and distribute event fliers at designated locations in the Monterey area.
- Promote upcoming events through free or low-cost community channels, such as local event calendars, Meetup, Nextdoor, and similar platforms. Reporting
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Graphic Designer to ensure timely communications and promotion of GVC events.
