About the Role We're looking for a friendly, personable, and motivated Community Outreach & Client Services Coordinator to help Hundred Healings build meaningful relationships throughout the Arkansas Delta while also helping clients feel welcomed and supported when they reach out for services. This is a unique position that combines community outreach, client support, and light administrative coordination. One day may involve introducing Hundred Healings to a local school or community organization. Another may involve helping a prospective client navigate our online system, answering questions by phone, following up on a referral, or representing Hundred Healings at a community event. As one of the first points of contact for our practice, you'll play an important role in creating the warm and helpful experience we want people to associate with Hundred Healings. What You'll Do Community Outreach & Relationship Building

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, healthcare providers, social-service organizations, community organizations, and other potential referral partners.
• Introduce community partners to Hundred Healings and the services available through our clinicians.
• Conduct outreach by phone, email, and in person.
• Visit community organizations and potential referral partners throughout the Arkansas Delta.
• Attend approved health fairs, community events, meetings, and outreach opportunities.
• Help identify new opportunities for Hundred Healings to reach underserved individuals and communities.
• Maintain organized records of community contacts, outreach efforts, and follow-up needs.
• Help distribute and coordinate approved marketing and informational materials. Client Services & Support
• Serve as a friendly first point of contact for prospective and current clients.
• Answer and appropriately route incoming business calls and inquiries.
• Help prospective clients understand the administrative steps involved in beginning services.
• Assist clients with accessing and navigating the client portal and other practice technology.
• Provide patient and step-by-step assistance to individuals who may not be comfortable using computers, smartphones, online forms, or telehealth technology.
• Help clients troubleshoot basic portal, registration, and telehealth-access issues.
• Assist with intake-related administrative questions and connect clinical questions to the appropriate licensed professional.
• Monitor incoming referrals and help ensure clients successfully move through the administrative intake process.
• Communicate professionally with clients, clinicians, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA and practice privacy requirements.

Many routine functions will be supported by our electronic health record system, allowing this position to focus more heavily on people, relationships, accessibility, and problems that require a human touch. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. College coursework or a degree in business, healthcare, psychology, social services, communications, marketing, or a related area is welcomed but not required. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, behavioral health, community outreach, social services, medical-office administration, marketing, or a related setting is preferred but not required. Relevant education, experience, skills, and qualifications may be considered when determining starting compensation. Compensation & Growth $14.00-$24.00 per hour Starting compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, education, skills, and qualifications. This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities as The Hundred Healings Therapy Group grows.

Community Event Incentives:

Additional compensation may be available for participation in approved community outreach events representing The Hundred Healings Therapy Group, in addition to applicable hourly pay.

Mileage Reimbursement:

Approved business-related travel for community outreach will be reimbursed at the practice's established mileage rate. We want this position to have room to grow alongside the practice. As Hundred Healings expands, opportunities may develop for increased hours, compensation, responsibilities, and advancement. Work Environment This position will combine remote administrative work and community-based outreach. Some responsibilities can be completed remotely, while outreach activities will require travel within the Arkansas Delta. Because this role involves community outreach, applicants should have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance. Hundred Healings will provide training on practice-specific systems and procedures.
