COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR

is a Fresno-based nonprofit serving the local community through welfare support, research, education, and outreach programs. The Role We're looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to support families through USEF's Wasila welfare program — helping identify what a family needs, connecting them with the right support, and following their case through to resolution. What You'll Do- Meet with families to understand their situation and what's blocking them
- Guide each family through their case from intake to resolution
- Maintain accurate, organized case records
- Coordinate with USEF's broader team to connect families with the right resources
- Communicate with sensitivity and cultural awareness, particularly with Fresno's immigrant and refugee communities What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with families from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds
- Arabic or other relevant language skills a strong plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple ongoing cases
