Placements is looking for a passionate and energetic Community Outreach Liaison to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be more than an employee—you want to be a community connector, advocate, and champion for individuals and families who need a Hopeful Hand Up. What You'll Do Build relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, faith-based organizations, businesses, and referral partners Represent

N.A.T.I.V.E.

Placements at community events, health fairs, workshops, and meetings Develop and coordinate outreach activities and community programs Recruit and coordinate volunteers Help connect individuals and families with community resources and services Assist with placement referrals when appropriate Create and distribute outreach and marketing materials Support social media and community awareness campaigns Track outreach activities, referrals, partnerships, and community engagement Work with our team to identify community needs and develop meaningful solutions What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people Passionate about helping others and serving the community A strong communicator and relationship builder Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable speaking to groups and representing an organization professionally Experienced in community outreach, healthcare, social services, nonprofit work, or a related field preferred Comfortable using social media and basic computer applications Experienced working with diverse and underserved populations preferred Bilingual is a plus CPR certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire
