Job Description
Community Outreach Coordinator - $80,000 (OTE) Pleasant Life Health Center Daniel Island, SC Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $85,000 a year 6 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid time off Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Community health & wellness Google Analytics Certification Schedule management Door-to-door Event marketing Full Job Description Community Outreach Coordinator Daniel Island, SC | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule On target earnings of $75-85K a year changing lives in one of the most purpose-driven clinics in the Lowcountry. If you're the kind of person who lights up a room, loves a great conversation, and gets genuine fulfillment out of helping people transform their lives — keep reading. This might be the role you've been waiting for. Pleasant Life Health Center is a faith-based wellness clinic on Daniel Island, and we're growing fast. We specialize in natural, non-invasive care — chiropractic, spinal decompression, SoftWave therapy, red-light therapy, and advanced neuropathy treatments — and our mission is simple: help people live vibrant, pain-free lives. Here's the honest truth about this role: it's a sales position at heart. Not the pushy, awkward kind — the kind where you stand in front of a room or group of curious people at a local business or events and share something that could genuinely give them their lives back. Your primary job is getting out in the Lowcountry and creating awareness — coordinating and executing lunch-and-learn events at local companies, conducting wellness screenings at community events, and representing the clinic at BNI chapters, Chamber of Commerce mixers, weekend health fairs, and anywhere else people gather. You'll explain how our precision-focused chiropractic technique helps people live pain-free without the popping, twisting or cracking of a typical adjustment. People are blown away when they hear about it as well as our other therapies. Your job is to show up, connect, and invite people in to experience it for themselves. What a typical week looks like: 4 - 8 lunch-and-learn events at local businesses 1-2 community or networking events (BNI, Chamber mixers, weekend health fairs, etc.) Conducting wellness screenings at events — meeting people where they are and starting real conversations about their health Building and maintaining relationships with business owners and community connectors This is mostly a remote/field-based position. We care about results, not where you're sitting. As long as your targets are being hit, you have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and own your outcomes. You will be provided with an aggressive marketing budget to ensure you have the resource to help you be successful. You'll be trained extensively on the science, the talk tracks, the wellness screening process, and the conversations that move people from curious to committed. The better you get, the more people you help — and the more you earn. This a performance based pay structure. Our top performers consistently earn $75-85K through a strong base($40K) plus commissions on lunch-and-learn outreach, new patient sign-ups, and performance bonuses. There's also a real growth path here. As you build your skills and prove your ability to drive results, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role — building and managing a team of outreach reps to help cover events and lunch-and-learns across the region. If you're someone who wants to build something, not just work a job, that door is open.
