Family Chiropractic is hiring an energetic, outgoing, sales-minded Community Outreach & Events Coordinator whose mission is simple: Get Chiropractic in front of more people. Our goal is to participate in 100+ community outreach events over the next 12 months, and we need someone who can help make that happen. What You'll Do You will: Find festivals, markets, races, sporting events, school events, church events, wellness fairs, business events, and other community opportunities. Contact organizers, complete applications, follow up, and get us booked. Build relationships with businesses, schools, churches, gyms, employers, and community organizations. Create opportunities when an event doesn't already exist. Attend events and confidently approach people. Invite attendees to participate in complimentary screenings. Educate, connect, and encourage interested people to schedule an appointment. Track events, contacts, screenings, appointments, and results. Who We're Looking For You are: An

We will track:

Events Booked → Events Completed → Screenings → Appointments → Results Our target is 100+ outreach events over the next 12 months. If you're someone who hears a big goal and thinks: "Give me the goal. I'll figure out how to make it happen." We want to meet you.

Compensation:

$20/hour + uncapped performance bonuses This is a results-driven position. Your base pay provides stability, but your performance determines your earning potential. Bonuses are earned for successfully creating and booking qualified outreach opportunities and achieving defined performance goals. 90-day performance review with opportunity for increased base pay.
