If you enjoy networking, building professional relationships, and connecting seniors, veterans, and families with quality home care services, we'd love to meet you. This role focuses on developing referral partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, Veterans Affairs organizations, and community partners while representing one of Tennessee's trusted home care agencies. What You'll Do Develop relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, Veterans Affairs organizations, senior centers, and community partners. Conduct in-person outreach throughout Clarksville, Montgomery County, and surrounding service areas. Schedule and attend networking meetings, healthcare events, and community outreach opportunities. Present Quality Personal Care's home care services to referral partners and prospective clients. Build and maintain long-term referral relationships through consistent follow-up. Track outreach activities, referrals, and pipeline progress using our CRM. Collaborate with leadership to identify new referral sources and community partnerships. Represent Quality Personal Care professionally within the community. Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation . Client Referral Incentives 40+ Authorized Care Hours Per Week $1,000 per new client $500 paid when services begin $500 paid after the client remains active for 30 days 20-39 Authorized Care Hours Per Week $600 per new client $300 paid when services begin $300 paid after 30 days Less than 20 Authorized Care Hours Per Week $300 per new client $150 paid when services begin $150 paid after 30 days Monthly Performance Bonuses 5 qualified new clients in one month: Additional $1,000 8 qualified new clients in one month: Additional $2,000 Exceptional performers may qualify for enhanced incentive opportunities. There is no cap on earnings. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable networking and meeting new people. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Clarksville area. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, business development, or community outreach preferred. Home care, senior living, hospice, or healthcare referral experience is a plus, but not required.
