This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups. You will introduce them to our workplace wellness opportunities, coordinate employee screenings and lunch events, and develop partnerships that create value for both the organization and its employees. You will also represent the clinic at a variety of local community events, where you will engage directly with attendees, conduct screenings, explain our services, and generate interest in the clinic. These events are enjoyable, highly interactive, and an important part of the role, as much of its success comes from confidently connecting with people face-to-face. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, initiating conversations, and turning new connections into lasting professional relationships. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, takes initiative, follows through consistently, and enjoys finding creative ways to open new doors. Responsibilities Develop new relationships with local businesses and community organizations. Introduce decision-makers to the clinic's workplace wellness and screening opportunities. Schedule employee screenings, lunch events, presentations, and other community outreach activities. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective and existing partners. Represent the clinic professionally at meetings, events, and throughout the community. Keep organized records of outreach activity, scheduled events, partnerships, and results. Collaborate with the clinic team to coordinate successful events and outreach initiatives. Develop creative strategies for expanding the clinic's community presence. Work toward clearly defined weekly and monthly performance goals. Ideal Candidate Naturally enjoys networking, relationship-building, and meeting new people. Comfortable visiting businesses, making calls, and initiating new conversations. Proactive and able to work effectively independently. Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up. Comfortable publicly speaking, or to large groups of individuals, as well as maintaining engaging one-on-one conversations Qualifications Not Required, but preferred: Experience in outside sales, business development, community outreach, marketing, recruiting, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people and organizations. Strong time-management and organizational abilities. Comfortable managing an outreach pipeline and documenting activity. Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking software is helpful but not required. Knowledge of the local business community is a plus. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the local area are required. Compensation A base hourly rate. Performance-based compensation tied to defined, trackable results.
