The Franklin County Suicide Prevention Coalition (FCSPC) Manager coordinates day-to-day coalition operations across committees and Action Teams, including volunteer engagement, community education and training, communications, progress tracking, and administrative systems. Coordinate and manage operations of the Franklin County Suicide Prevention Coalition Build and engage community partnerships, volunteers, and coalition membership Deliver and promote suicide prevention education, training, and awareness initiatives Oversee communications, outreach, and community engagement activities Manage program administration, data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in a related field Resident of Franklin County, Ohio Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Valid driver's license Preferred Strong skills in volunteer management, community engagement, collective impact work, and public speaking Experience working with diverse communities Knowledge of suicide prevention, mental health, and/or public health best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MailChimp, Canva, macOS, and website/social media management Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and work independently in a collaborative environment About Mental Health America of Ohio (MHAOhio) The mission of MHAOhio is to transform how people think about mental illness, make it easier to get help, and give people the support they need to get better and stay better.
