Up to five (5) hours per week About the Roadhouse Operated by Show Brazil Productions, the Roadhouse is a vibrant community performance space in SeaTac dedicated to live music, cultural experiences, workforce development, tourism, and community engagement. Through concerts, workshops, community gatherings, and special events, the Roadhouse connects artists, residents, cultural workers, visitors, and local businesses while supporting cultural tourism and regional economic development. About the Opportunity Show Brazil Productions is seeking a highly organized, relationship-focused, and proactive Hospitality & Tourism Outreach Specialist to develop, maintain, and expand partnerships with hotels, airport-related organizations, tourism partners, visitor-serving businesses, transportation providers, and community hospitality stakeholders. The position operates under a Case Management Model , providing ownership of an assigned portfolio while ensuring organizational continuity, accountability, and long-term relationship management. This is a temporary independent contractor opportunity and is not an employment position. The selected contractor will enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement directly with Show Brazil Productions to provide hospitality and tourism outreach services supporting the Roadhouse through December 31, 2026 . Position Purpose The Hospitality & Tourism Outreach Specialist is responsible for increasing awareness of the Roadhouse among travelers, hotel guests, tourism partners, and visitor-serving organizations. The contractor will cultivate relationships that support: Visitor referrals. Hotel guest attendance. Tourism-focused event promotion. Distribution of Roadhouse programming materials. Transportation and hospitality collaborations. Long-term audience development. Increased visibility within SeaTac's hospitality and tourism industry. Case Management Model The Roadhouse Hospitality Outreach Program operates through a shared Case Management Model.
Under this structure:
Two Hospitality & Tourism Outreach Specialists may jointly support the overall Hospitality Outreach Program. Each specialist manages an assigned portfolio representing approximately 50% of the hotel, airport, tourism, and visitor-serving accounts. Each specialist serves as the primary relationship manager for their assigned portfolio. Leadership may periodically adjust portfolio assignments to maintain balanced workloads and respond to organizational needs. Specialists are expected to collaborate while maintaining ownership and accountability for their assigned accounts. A separate Portfolio Assignment document will identify each specialist's assigned accounts. Primary Responsibilities Relationship Management Develop, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with assigned: Hotels Airport-related organizations Tourism organizations Visitor-serving businesses Transportation providers Community hospitality partners Serve as the primary Roadhouse contact for each assigned account. Hospitality & Tourism Outreach Conduct consistent outreach through: In-person visits Meetings Follow-up communications Partnership development Relationship maintenance Identification of new outreach opportunities Visitor-referral development Coordination with hotel and tourism staff regarding Roadhouse programming Marketing Distribution Coordinate the placement, maintenance, and replenishment of: Event schedules Flyers Brochures Brochure holders Lobby displays Visitor information Posters Approved promotional materials Monitor inventory and ensure all materials remain current and professionally displayed. Documentation & Account Management Maintain complete and current records for each assigned account, including: Organization name Contact information Position/title Phone number Email Date of last visit Partnership status Promotional materials placed Inventory status Meeting notes Referrals received Opportunities identified Next follow-up date Leadership actions required Supporting photographs when appropriate Leadership shall have continuous access to all organizational records. Leadership Coordination Facilitate introductions between Roadhouse leadership and hospitality decision-makers. Coordinate meetings when appropriate. Support leadership meetings with hospitality and tourism partners. Communicate significant opportunities and partnership developments promptly. Monthly Reporting Submit a Monthly Report summarizing: Outreach activities completed Hotel visits Airport outreach Meetings conducted New partnerships established Existing partnerships maintained Marketing materials distributed Inventory updates Referrals received Opportunities identified Follow-up actions Supporting photographs Significant accomplishments Challenges encountered Program Outcomes The Hospitality & Tourism Outreach Specialist is expected to contribute to measurable organizational outcomes, including: Increased awareness of the Roadhouse among hotel guests and travelers. Increased referrals from hotels, airport partners, and tourism organizations. Increased attendance resulting from hospitality outreach. Growth in active hospitality partnerships. Sustainable relationships that generate ongoing visitor participation. Increased visibility of the Roadhouse throughout the regional hospitality industry. Compensation The contractor will receive:
$50.00 per hour Up to five (5) approved hours per week Estimated maximum monthly compensation of approximately $1,000 The hourly rate reflects the relationship-management responsibilities of the position, including local travel for hotel visits, hospitality outreach, meetings, promotional-material distribution, and partnership development.
Monthly invoices must include:
Dates and hours worked Accounts contacted or visited Outreach activities completed Meetings conducted Materials distributed Reports and deliverables submitted Unless otherwise approved in writing, the hourly rate is intended to include the contractor's ordinary local transportation, mileage, parking, and other routine business expenses associated with completing the assigned portfolio. No employee benefits are provided. The contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, equipment, transportation, and business expenses.
