Greater Los Angeles, with the practice serving clients throughout California Position Summary The Center for Healing & Personal Growth is seeking a warm, organized, and proactive Outreach Coordinator to grow and strengthen our referral network. In this part-time role, you will be the friendly first point of contact between our practice and the community — building relationships with referral sources, coordinating outreach activities and educational events, and helping more families, individuals, and partners discover the psychological and assessment services we provide. This is an ideal role for someone who is personable, dependable, and energized by connecting people with the right support. The position starts part-time, with real potential to grow in hours, scope, and responsibility for the right person who demonstrates strong results. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and maintain an organized list of potential referral sources across the Greater Los Angeles area — including schools, pediatricians and physicians, attorneys, other mental health providers, and community organizations. Conduct consistent, professional outreach (calls, emails, and in-person visits) to introduce The Center's services and nurture ongoing referral relationships. Coordinate and support outreach events such as lunch-and-learns, open houses, and community presentations, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up. Track all outreach activity, contacts, and follow-ups in the practice's CRM/tracking system so relationships and next steps are never lost. Serve as a responsive, relational liaison who reflects the practice's caring and professional tone in every interaction. Prepare and distribute outreach materials and collateral, coordinating with the team to keep messaging accurate and current. Report regularly on outreach activity and results, and share insights on new opportunities to expand the practice's reach. Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to ensure a smooth handoff from initial referral to intake. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, approachable, and professional manner. Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through; comfortable managing a list of contacts and consistent follow-ups. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. Comfortable using email, scheduling tools, and a CRM or contact-tracking system (training provided). Prior experience in outreach, marketing, sales, community relations, healthcare, or a client-facing role is a plus. Interest in or familiarity with mental health, psychological assessment, or healthcare settings is welcomed but not required. Reliable transportation for occasional local outreach visits and events, where applicable.
