Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Enrollment & Community Growth Strategist to lead efforts in expanding community participation and enhancing program accessibility. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive community outreach strategies to increase program enrollment and engagement among diverse populations. Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, local organizations, schools, and stakeholders to support program growth initiatives. Lead volunteer management efforts, including recruitment, training, supervision, and recognition of community volunteers. Design and implement marketing campaigns utilizing social media platforms, public speaking engagements, and community events to raise awareness about programs. Oversee data collection processes to monitor participation trends, measure outreach effectiveness, and inform continuous improvement efforts. Coordinate public health education activities, including addiction counseling sessions, youth programs, and culturally tailored outreach initiatives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of community programs while maintaining clear communication with team members and partners. Experience Proven experience in community outreach, grassroots organizing, or public health initiatives working with culturally diverse or underserved communities. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising teams or managing volunteers in dynamic environments. Strong background in program development, project management, and marketing strategies aimed at community engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in public speaking or facilitating workshops. Familiarity with social media management tools, data collection methods, and technical proficiency in relevant software applications. Knowledge of addiction counseling, social work principles, or public health practices is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse populations effectively; CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
