Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties (Hybrid - community visits + remote flexibility) About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, organized Waiver Support Coordinator (WSC) to join G. Goodwin & Associates, Inc. — a mid-sized agency providing services through Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Medicaid Waiver Program. As a WSC, you will help individuals with developmental disabilities identify and achieve their personal goals by connecting them to supports and services within the Medicaid iBudget Waiver program and the community. You'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults — from minors to seniors — helping them increase independence, employment, and community involvement. What You'll Do

• Coordinate services and supports that promote independence and inclusion.
• Assist individuals and families with understanding and navigating APD and community resources.
• Conduct in-person visits across varied settings (homes, workplaces, community sites).
• Maintain organized documentation and meet required APD timelines.
• Work closely with providers, families, and community advocates. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, plus 2 years of professional experience, or Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Must pass a Level 2 background screening.
• If you are currently approved Waiver Support Coordinator in Florida, your starting salary will be increased based on experience. Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary from $50,000
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.72.5 per mile
