Leads Way Therapeutic Services is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to provide Residential-Based Home Services (RBHS) to children and families throughout the Lowcountry. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position , allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule and manage your own caseload. Services are provided in homes, schools, and community settings. Position Responsibilities Provide Behavior Modification (BMOD) services to children and adolescents. Assist clients in developing coping skills, communication skills, social skills, and emotional regulation. Implement treatment goals outlined in the Individualized Plan of Care (IPOC). Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Work collaboratively with families and treatment team members. Support clients in achieving behavioral and emotional goals. Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

CompensationHigh School Diploma/GED No Experience:

$12.50 per hour

Experience Preferred:

$13.00 per hour

Bachelor's Degree No Experience:

$16.00 per hour

Experience Preferred:

$17.00 per hour

Master's Degree No Experience:

$18.00 per hour
