We are an interdisciplinary team joined together by our shared commitment to transform women's health. Role Description We're looking for an energetic, relationship-focused "go-getter" to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a hands-on community outreach role focused on maintaining referral relationships, supporting the launch of a new physician, and helping open a new practice location. What you'll do: Grow and maintain referral relationships Visit physician offices and community partners to strengthen referral relationships. Complete approximately 80 referral visits and 2 Lunch & Learns each month. Represent Diana Health in the community and communicate our unique model of care. Support physician onboarding Help introduce a new physician to the community through referral visits and outreach. Coordinate marketing assets and assist with onboarding activities. Support a new practice opening Coordinate community outreach for a new clinic opening. Help plan and execute an Open House event, if applicable. Assist with opening-day marketing logistics. Accountability This role is highly independent and results-driven. Success requires someone who is organized, comfortable with technology, and committed to accurate reporting. You'll be expected to: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM. Track all outreach activities and submit a weekly activity report. Attend a 30-minute weekly check-in with your supervisor. Meet agreed-upon outreach and relationship-building goals. Who you are A natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting new people. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools. An excellent communicator with a professional, polished presence. Familiar with the Smyrna, Murfreesboro, and surrounding communities. Qualifications Sales, physician liaison, business development, community outreach, or similar relationship-building experience. Experience using CRM software and Google Workspace. Availability for occasional evening or community events.
