Manage volunteer programs, recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers to support advocacy initiatives. Lead public speaking engagements, workshops, and presentations to raise awareness about key issues affecting the community. Collaborate with community partners to coordinate events, campaigns, and grassroots organizing efforts that promote health equity. Collect and analyze data related to community needs, program impact, and outreach effectiveness to inform continuous improvement. Oversee social media platforms and marketing efforts to amplify advocacy messages and engage broader audiences. Supervise team members and volunteers, providing leadership, mentorship, and administrative support for ongoing projects. Skills Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or program coordination within community settings. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively. Expertise in program development, project management, and social media management for advocacy campaigns. Proficiency in data collection methods, reporting tools, and technical platforms used for outreach analytics. Knowledge of addiction counseling, public health principles, or social work practices is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from underserved communities and diverse cultural backgrounds. Experience in grassroots community organizing, youth program teaching, or community engagement initiatives. Bilingual skills are a plus for reaching multilingual populations effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and client communication.
