Work Onsite Full Time Schedule Full Time Job Type Regular Duration Permanent Employment Shift Day Shift Help for . Conduct outreach to providers through calls, emails, and site visits. Serve as a point of contact for questions. Encourage active participation in Texas Foster Youth Network (TXFYN). Attend outreach events, regional meetings, and community fairs to promote Texas Foster Youth Network (TXFYN), recruit providers, and strengthen community relationships. Update and maintain the statewide service directory and referral tracking system. Ensure provider information is accurate, complete, and current. Prepare materials, schedule meetings, track follow-up tasks, and assist with Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) coordination to support partnership development. Assist with the preparation and distribution of outreach materials. Support provider training efforts through logistics, material development, and attendance tracking. Collect and report outreach metrics and monitor activity progress. Ensure provider engagement remains trauma-informed, youth-centered, and culturally responsive.
