Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Outreach Coordinator to lead our community engagement efforts and expand our impact. In this role, you will develop and implement outreach strategies that foster meaningful connections with diverse populations, promote our programs, and support our mission. Your energetic approach and leadership skills will drive volunteer involvement, enhance public awareness, and strengthen partnerships across sectors. Duties Design, coordinate, and execute outreach programs to engage community members, organizations. Develop marketing materials and manage social media platforms to raise awareness about our services and events. Deliver compelling public presentations and speeches to promote our mission at community events, schools, and public forums. Collect and analyze data related to outreach efforts to measure impact and inform future strategies. Collaborate with program teams to develop new initiatives that address community needs. Oversee administrative tasks related to outreach activities, including scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping. Requirements Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Experience in program development, project management, marketing, and social media management. Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis related to community outreach or public health initiatives. Excellent organizational skills with experience in administrative tasks such as reporting and record maintenance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
