Opportunities available in the heart of Dallas We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Social Enterprise and Outreach Developer who would be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative community outreach initiatives and wellness programs that improve access to healthcare and social services. This position works collaboratively with internal departments, community organizations, schools, faith-based institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders to strengthen community partnerships, increase awareness of available services, and improve health outcomes for underserved populations. Reporting directly to the Social Outreach Enterprise Manager, this role plays a key part in expanding the nonprofit medical wellness center's community impact through strategic program development, relationship building, and community engagement. Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do : Assist the Outreach Manager in implementing community outreach strategies to increase awareness of the organization's medical, behavioral health, and wellness services. Represent the organization at health fairs, community events, schools, faith-based organizations, nonprofit coalitions, and networking events while tracking outreach activities and results. Coordinate outreach calendars, community events, speaking engagements, and other outreach initiatives in collaboration with the Outreach Manager. Maintainaccuraterecords, collect data on underserved populations, and support the development of targeted community outreach initiatives. Assistwith the implementation of outreach programs, workflows, and community engagement activities while serving as a liaison between the organization and the community. Gather community feedback, analyze outreach data, and recommend program improvements to enhance services and community impact. Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with school districts, hospitals, universities, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community leaders. Maintain referral relationships andassistwith partnership documentation, including Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and partnership agreements. Track outreach metrics, referrals, program participation, and community impact, andassistwith preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop newsletters, promotional materials, social media content, and awareness campaigns that support organizational goals and community engagement. What you need to succeed To be a productive member of our team, you will have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be a self-starter, the ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and the ability to preserve confidentiality. You will also have the following: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Education, or a related fieldrequired;Master'sdegree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in community outreach, public health, healthcare, nonprofit program development, or community engagement. Experience developing community partnerships, coordinating outreach programs, and working with grant-funded initiatives preferred. Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, community-based programming, social determinants of health, and health equity principles. Excellent public speaking, presentation, relationship-building, and networking skills. Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and evaluate program outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills withproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
