Pay:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Part-Time (20-25 hours per week) Tuesday-Thursday | Approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible) Join a Team That Makes a Difference Right at Home is an award-winning home care agency dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities by helping them remain safe and independent in their own homes. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented professional to join our growing Forney office. This position combines community outreach, marketing, relationship building, and office coordination. This is a part-time position with a clear path to full-time employment as our office continues to grow. What You'll Do As our Community Relations & Office Coordinator, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Right at Home while helping support daily office operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, physician offices, and other healthcare referral partners. Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources. Make outbound calls to prospective referral partners and community organizations. Represent Right at Home at networking events and community activities. Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach campaigns. Help create and manage social media content. Track business development activities and office KPIs using our CRM. Keep accurate documentation of outreach efforts and follow-up activities. Support general office operations and administrative tasks. Work closely with the leadership team to help grow our local presence. What Success Looks Like A successful week includes: Visiting at least two referral partners. Making consistent outbound outreach calls. Building meaningful relationships within the healthcare community. Maintaining accurate CRM documentation. Keeping KPI reports current. Supporting marketing and community engagement efforts. Representing Right at Home with professionalism and enthusiasm. Qualifications Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience using CRM software or willingness to learn quickly. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Ability to travel locally for business development visits. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, customer service, sales, marketing, recruiting, or community outreach. Experience with social media management. Business development or networking experience. Compensation & Benefits $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience. Monthly performance bonus opportunities.
