We provide teletherapy services and psychological evaluations to individuals across Texas. Our team values professionalism, collaboration, and authenticity in everything we do. Position Summary We're expanding into the Houston market and looking for a Community Liaison to build our referral network. You'll develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations to connect their patients with our teletherapy and psychological evaluation services. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who knows how to open doors in the Houston healthcare community and turn conversations into lasting referral partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with primary care providers, pediatricians, psychiatrists, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations Conduct regular in-person outreach visits to physician offices and referral partners throughout the Houston market Educate referral partners about our teletherapy and psychological evaluation services Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities within healthcare and community networks Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and professional networking events Track outreach activity, referral trends, and partnership development Coordinate with our marketing team to support outreach messaging and materials Provide regular updates on referral activity and community engagement Capture photos and short videos during events and provider visits for social media Compensation & Bonus Structure Mileage reimbursed per IRS standard rate Required Qualifications Experience in healthcare outreach, physician relations, business development, or community liaison roles Existing relationships within Houston-area healthcare networks strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Reliable transportation for daily travel across the Houston market Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field Familiarity with CRM systems Prior experience in behavioral health, hospital systems, or medical practice outreach

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
